WELCOME
The Academy of Medicine of Malaysia has been tasked to administer and manage the CPD for medical specialists in the country. The Academy has established an online CPD system for you to register your CPD points. This system will be linked to the Malaysian Medical Council for your renewal of APC.
Latest Updates
- Starting 1 Nov 2025, new CPD Guidelines and CPD Grading Schedule will be in effect. Click here to view new Guidelines.
- The MMC meeting held on 28 October 2025 has agreed to remove Category E(c) – Risk Management Courses (e.g., Ethics, Communication, Medico-Legal, Patient Safety) – from the previous MMC CPD Grading System Scoring Schedule. Therefore, effective 1 November 2025, all these courses will be listed under Category A2 – General Non-Core.
- The MMC meeting held on 23rd September 2025 has decided to remove Category D(b) – Self-Study (Relevant books, publications, Journal articles, podcasts etc – from the previous MMC CPD Grading System Scoring Schedule, effective 1 November 2025.
